This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use the FLXE AI mobile application, www.flxeai.com, and related services.

• Images voluntarily uploaded by users for movement and posture reference. These images are processed using rule-based, non-AI logic and user-selected inputs to generate personalised recommendations. Images are not permanently stored after processing.

3. How We Use Your Information
• To provide and operate the FLXE AI app.
• To generate personalised stretch and recovery recommendations based on user-selected inputs.
• To track and display your progress within the app.
• To improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.

All image-related outputs are based on user-selected muscle groups and predefined mappings. The system does not infer, detect, or analyse body position from images.
Users may request clarification on how their data is processed at any time.
We respond to valid requests within one month as required by UK GDPR.
9. Medical Disclaimer
FLXE AI provides fitness, stretching and recovery guidance for informational purposes only. The recommendations generated by the app do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. This also applies to any guidance shared by coaches or other users through the community features - this is peer/user-generated content, not medical or professional advice.
10. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses, in accordance with UK data protection law.
11. Children's Privacy
FLXE AI is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.
